Being in need of financial support that requires a scholarship,

Being listed among the first 150.000 students who scored the highest points in the ÖSYM (Student Evaluation, Selection and Placement Center) Exam,

Not to have received any disciplinary penalty,

To be able to prove all the information in the application form with official documents,

The scholarship application of those who does not upload the requested documents within the deadline will not be accepted.

Not receiving a scholarship from another institution (foundation, association, individual, etc.) (except for the student loan and scholarship received from the Credit and Dormitories Institution).

Not being employed,

Scholarships are non-refundable and do not impose any compulsory service or repayment obligation on the student.

For new enrolments in higher education: To be in the first place according to the entrance score of the faculty or college. For intermediate classes: Not repeating the course, having at most 1 failed course and having a general point average of at least 2.5 out of 4 (at least 65 in universities where grades are given over 100) and earning the right to continue forward in education by taking the next academic years’ courses.

For students studying the preparatory class, to certify that they have successfully passed to the next academic years’ courses.
